CANCELLATION POLICY

•If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time .. I may not be able to complete all services scheduled or any services at all. I have to accommodate all of my guests. In the event that you are late, that will push everything behind. In the event that I am running behind schedule for whatever reason, I will always reach out to you to give you ample notice of this. However I always try my best to stay on time! I respect your time and I ask that you respect mine as well. •I ask that you give at least 72 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. I understand life happens, and I am always understanding of that. •However, if less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be charged 50% of the service cost you are scheduled for. •No call/no show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost and will require a deposit for future booking. •Thank you for acknowledging these policies and understanding that they are set in place to protect myself as a small business owner.
